We are amongst India's top 10 mining operators managing overburden removal, coal extraction, and coal logistics together as an integrated services provider (Source: CRISIL Report). As of April 30, 2026 we operated a fleet of 1,911 vehicles, plant and machinery (including 100 leased), across nine contract sites in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.
Across Fiscal 2024 to Fiscal 2026, our revenue from operations grew at a CAGR of 32.7%, and our order book stood at ₹9,550.89 crore as at May 15, 2026 (Source: Prospectus). Our audited financial statements are available in full in the investor section.
We offer end-to-end services across the coal chain: coal extraction, overburden removal, coal loading and unloading, road transportation, and coordination of rail transportation, making us a one-stop coal mining and logistics provider. Our principal customers are mine-owning subsidiaries of Coal India Limited, namely Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) and Western Coalfields Limited (WCL); we hold an 18.4% share of WCL overburden contractual volumes and a 17.2% share of NCL overburden contractual volumes in Fiscal 2026 (Source: CRISIL Report). We commenced our coal logistics business in Fiscal 2016 and entered contract mining in Fiscal 2021.
