Finance & Accounts
Finance & Accounts Controller
- Qualified CA is mandatory.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in a listed or IPO-bound company is highly preferred.
- Financial closures, Ind AS and statutory compliance (SEBI, Companies Act, GST, TDS), audits, MIS and working capital monitoring.
Finance & Accounts
Senior Accountant
- 4–8 years of experience.
- A strong handle on GST/TDS compliance.
- Experience with major ERP systems.
Human Resources
HR Head
- 15 to 18+ years of experience.
- Mining industry experience is mandatory.
- Leads HR strategy, compliance, recruitment, employee relations, performance systems and workforce culture.

- Prior coal mining industry experience will be preferred.
